This was a joy to experience!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This workshop was riveting! I had intended to spread out watching over several days but just kept going to soak up all Alanna has to offer. I particularly loved the tips and tricks Alanna introduced for blending fiber for socks, learning and practicing twist angle, and how to really make and use a ply-back sample (I always knew this was important, but never really understood how to make it useful to me!). I have to say, the very best part for me was just watching Alanna spin – her yarn is beautiful and consistent and I immediately picked up a few tips to improve my yarn 🙂

Perfect for spinners, dyers, weavers, and anyone who wants to learn how AI can be incorporated into your creative practice.

Another Stellar Class!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are many reasons to love Alanna’s classes and this class is no different. She’s a fiber artist with a great depth of experience and talent. She answers questions I didn’t even know I had. Her explanations are detailed and you come away comprehending the possibilities inherent in each braid. Learn to open the braid, break it down for consistent spinning and plan your color goals. Her samples are beautiful and her spinning precise and consistent. She shares her knowledge fully and wants us all to have the knowledge and confidence we need to grow and develop in our path as fiber artists. There is so much more to spinning a hand-dyed color braid than fractals!
